BEN HAGEMANN, General Manager
Ben has been with American Pressure for 21 years, in which time he has helped the company expand its capacity to create custom pressure washer solutions to fit the individual needs of every customer. Ben also dedicates some of his time to serving on the Cleaning Equipment Trade Association (CETA) Board of Directors as the chair of the technical committee, as well as serving on Landa Karcher Group’s dealer council.

JOSIAH HAGEMANN, Chief Financial Officer
Josiah has worked for American Pressure in various positions for 15 years, until 2013 when he accepted a full-time position as office manager. He can often be found working on projects at American Pressure that involve testing and development of various equipment and machinery. Josiah has helped elevate the customer experience by ensuring American Pressure employees go above and beyond the expected, which starts with his own efforts at providing excellent service.
DAVE PETERSON, Sales Manager
With over 23 years of industry experience, and 10 years at American Pressure, Dave has brought a high level of sales expertise to the table. In the past eight years, he has ranked as one of the top 10 salesmen in the Landa sales organization and number one in the country in 2015. Not only is Dave in charge of sales, but he also oversees large and small wash bay projects, waste water recycling projects, and water evaporation projects.
MARCY PETERSON, Shipping/Receiving
Marcy has been giving her best for American Pressure customers for the past 10 years. With her rich history of customer service experience, she answers phones, handles shipping and receiving, stocking, unloading freight and managing inventory. In addition to these duties, Marcy also pitches in when needed at the front desk.
CHRIS HARDIE, Purchasing Manager
Chris is relatively new to American Pressure where he puts his problem solving and management skills to work every day. Chris manages relationships with several vendors, keeping up with purchases of stock parts and accessories. He also uses his expertise to assist in sales and help field technical questions from customers either over the phone or in the shop. His previous management and delegating skills make Chris a real asset to our team and customers.
CHRIS MAIN, Service Lead/Technician
Every day brings something different at American Pressure and no one knows that better than Chris, who repairs pressure steamers, installs new units and works directly with customers to find solutions to their problems. Our customers depend on Chris and his deep knowledge to learn about the proper use and maintenance of the variety of machines we carry and service. Chris has been with American Pressure for four years and is both Alkota and Landa certified.
MIKE MAIN, Install Lead/Master Plumber
In addition to building strong, lasting relationships with our customers, Mike uses his expertise to build custom trailer units, stacking and piping, as well as installing new machines. Mike’s been with American Pressure for five years and has a proven record of building to customers’ unique specifications. Prior to joining us, Mike worked as a licensed plumber for more than 40 years.
TROY GIMLER, Service Technician
Troy has been keeping American Pressure customers up and running for more than a year doing repairs on machines either in house or at customers’ locations. Troy takes pride in keeping customers informed and up to date on what precisely is wrong with their equipment, what’s involved with the repair and when repairs are complete. Troy is a Landa-certified technician. Before joining American Pressure, he gained experience as a welder and working on small engines.
JUSTIN SCHMIDT, Service Lead/Technician
Whether it’s a machine that’s getting serviced or repaired, or a newly sold machine that’s being set up for use after the sale, it’s in good hands with Justin. Prior to his two years at American Pressure, Justin received his two-year degree in marine and small engine repair from Alexandria Technical College and he’s worked in the industry for a total of over 7 years. Justin thrives on variety so whatever a customer’s need or challenge may be, he’s ready to tackle it.
MARK CUSTER, Inside Sales
For American Pressure customers who need troubleshooting help, or are trying to track down the right part for a machine, Mark is the man. Mark has been with us for over 2 years, but before that he earned two college degrees and owned several businesses of his own. Mark also provides new machine demonstrations and quotes for customers. Don’t expect him to retire any time soon. He’s tried that and it didn’t take.
BETH STOLYARCHUK, Administrative Assistant
Beth has been greeting and serving American Pressure customers since 2014. In addition to her duties answering phones and managing the front reception desk, she takes care of invoicing and handles shipping and receiving responsibilities. While serving our country in the United States Marine Corps, Beth gained a broad array of office management experience and earned a certificate of commendation for her outstanding work.
MIRANDA CHRISTENSEN, Accounts Receivable/Customer Service
Miranda is relatively new to the American Pressure team, but fits right in with our customer-first, friendly and fun work environment. She consults on government contracts and handles various accounting and collections duties. Her notable problem solving skills come in handy with the new and unique challenges she faces each day. Miranda holds a bachelor of business administration degree with a minor in contract management.
DREW EKSTROM, Territory Manager
Drew has been a part of the American Pressure team for just under a year but is already having a big impact. Existing customers rely on Drew for quotes, follow-up service and learning about the broad array of amenities we offer beyond our great selection of power washers. Drew has more than 10 years of field sales experience to draw from as he works to expand our sales network going forward. He’s also a class-A member of the PGA so would more than likely be happy to talk power washing on the golf course.
